Contract: Part Time
Salary: £11,583 per annum plus commission & incentive

This role is a key contributor to the promotion and influence of our Brand. As part of Facespace, you will deliver innovative, results-driven facial treatments and consultations that form an essential component of the Champneys guest experience.

Facespace offers a facial-fitness concept designed to tone, lift and sculpt facial muscles through dynamic manual techniques, advanced tools and [comfort zone] formulations. You will remain highly knowledgeable in skincare, Champneys protocols and Face Space service offerings, ensuring each guest receives a personalised and visible-results-focused facial journey.

Your expertise will elevate the guest experience, support the spa team and ensure exceptional standards are consistently achieved.

Main duties and responsibilities

To perform Facespace facial treatments in line with Champneys, brand-specific and Facespace protocols.
To conduct thorough skin consultations, analysis and treatment planning based on client goals and lifestyle.
To confidently recommend appropriate treatments, add-ons and aftercare.
To promote retail products and provide personalised home-care routines to maximise treatment results.
To deliver an exceptional guest journey, including consultation, treatment, aftercare and escorting guests to and from waiting areas.
To liaise professionally and constructively with the management team and reception regarding treatment changes, special requests or guest needs.
To demonstrate flexibility with working hours, duties and shift patterns to support the smooth operation of the Spa and Face Space.
To attend all required training to maintain expert knowledge of protocols, skincare brands, tools and facial techniques.
To support demonstrations, events and experiential activations that showcase Facespace expertise and brand values.
To ensure all equipment, devices and treatment areas are hygienic, safe and fully operational, reporting defects to maintenance via the Spa Manager.
To adhere to all Health & Safety regulations relating to skincare products, tools and treatment delivery.
