Full job description

Maternity Cover up to 12 months with possibility of a permanent contract.

Corporate Trade Supplies (CTS) specializes in providing a comprehensive range of PPE, corporate branded clothing, and promotional products to businesses of all sizes across the. We are committed to delivering quality supplies and exceptional service to support our clients’ diverse needs.

This fixed-term maternity cover role is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The Purchasing Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting day-to-day operations within the Procurement team.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing

Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure all purchase orders comply with company policies and budget constraints.
Track and expedite orders as necessary.
Work with the Operations team to resolve shortages and discrepancies.

Inventory Management

Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
Monitoring and resolution of supplier returns and supplier errors.

Documentation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and deliveries.
Generate reports on purchasing activities as required.

Key Skills Required

Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments.

Competency with and ability to learn new processes quickly.

Pay: Up to £29,866.00 per year
