Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Live-In Healthcare Assistant to provide one-to-one care and support for clients in their own homes. In this vital role, you will live with the client and deliver person-centred assistance with daily activities, helping to maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. Locations - Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.

Availability Requirements:
We are seeking a candidate who can fulfill one of the following schedules:

Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Note: If you cannot meet these availability requirements, please look out for our upcoming alternative live-in opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide round-the-clock care and companionship in a client’s home
Assist with personal care, mobility, medication, and daily living tasks
Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
Follow personalised care plans and report any changes in health or well-being
Work closely with healthcare professionals and family members

Requirements:

A kind, patient, and respectful approach to care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential
Ability to work independently and responsibly in a live-in environment
Flexibility to adapt to clients’ individual needs
A valid driver’s licence is a plus but not required
