Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee operations in our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and team management, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations of the establishment, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
Oversee food preparation and production processes, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock of food and beverage supplies.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and special offerings.

Skills

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of bartending practices, food preparation, and production techniques.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
