Full job description

We are a busy, well-established medical practice located in the heart of Boston, serving a patient population of over 11,500. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Medical Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team.

As a practice, we are committed to delivering high-quality care and ensuring an excellent patient experience. We are a GP Training Practice with 10 GPs and ANP, supported by a strong and collaborative team.

About the Role

The Medical Administrator will play a key role in supporting the wider administrative team, across the business. Duties will include:

Older Adult Administration
Assisting Reception
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Processing documentation
Processing referrals
Take notes of meeting
Uploading documentation on to portal
Actioning tasks efficiently and accurately
Generalised Administration

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Is organised, proactive, and motivated
Has a professional and courteous manner
Works well both independently and as part of a team

Experience in a similar role and knowledge of SystmOne would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Previous Primary Care experience is desirable but not essential.
