Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all hotel departments, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and fostering a positive environment for both guests and staff.

Responsibilities

Supervise all hotel operations, ensuring that all departments are running efficiently and effectively.
Lead and motivate hotel staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Manage human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Oversee guest services to ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting processes to achieve profitability goals.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel through various channels.
Ensure that the hotel is well-maintained, clean, and welcoming at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of hotel management software and property management systems.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
A passion for hospitality with a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
