Job Title: B2B Telemarketing Executive (Telecoms / Communications)
Location: Office-Based (South of England)
Salary: £30,000 – £70,000+ OTE

The Role
We’re looking for a confident and motivated B2B Telemarketing Executive to join a fast-growing communications business. Your role will be to speak with business owners and decision-makers, generating high-quality, qualified appointments for our field sales team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be trusted to perform, without being micromanaged, and who is motivated by earning well and progressing quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound calling to businesses across the UK
Engaging with key decision-makers and introducing telecoms solutions
Qualifying opportunities and booking appointments for the field sales team
Building rapport quickly and handling objections naturally
Keeping accurate records of activity and pipeline

What We’re Looking For

Experience in B2B telemarketing preferred but not necessary
Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
Self-motivated and target-driven without needing constant supervision
Resilient and able to handle objections
Ambitious, with a desire to progress
