Full job description

We’re recruiting for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join our Quality team based at our Blandford site. Suitable candidates would have great attention to detail, demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude and be a team player. Key Areas of Responsibility

Manage / control all QA department clerical duties, customer requests, sending Certificates for the department to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
To complete all customer responses via emails in a timely manner.
Customer queries include, certification requests, recyclability requests, material information requests etc.
Support with NCRs where required.
Supporting QA Manager with Document Control
Support the QA Manager with maintaining the approved supplier/services database and necessary documentation to ensure its up to date and current.
Any other duties as and when required to meet the prevailing needs of the department and cover holidays.
Ensure your behaviour, conduct and professionalism is always beyond approach.

Key Requirements

Computer literate regards excel / word.
Organised and calm under pressure.
Excellent report writing skills.
Proactive, positive, enthusiastic - demonstrates “can do” attitude.
Travel may be required therefore the current driving licence an advantage.
Identify and recommend new ways of working which benefit
Demonstrate an active engagement by constantly looking for ways to improve the process to drive commercial benefit.
Understand the basics in all major printing processes
Understanding of ISO 14001, BRC, FSC standards requirements (would be beneficial)
Establish key working relationships with colleagues.
Ensure Management requests are actioned in the agreed timeframes.
Good ‘two-way communication with you Manager; to ensure any understanding or training requirements are addressed.
