Job Overview

In this dynamic role, you will be the guiding force behind student success, providing essential support and mentorship to help learners thrive academically and personally. Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact for students, offering guidance on academic pathways, resources, and personal development
Assist students in navigating university or college systems, including registration, scheduling, and accessing support services
Provide encouragement and motivation to help students overcome challenges and stay committed to their educational journey
Organize and facilitate workshops or informational sessions on study skills, time management, and campus resources
Collaborate with faculty and support staff to ensure students receive comprehensive assistance tailored to their needs
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and support plans to track engagement and outcomes
Promote a welcoming environment that fosters open communication, inclusivity, and student empowerment

Experience

Prior experience in teaching or educational support roles is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and connect with diverse student populations
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and follow-up actions
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
Passion for education, student development, and helping others succeed
Familiarity with academic advising or counseling is a plus but not required
