ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a motivated student looking for a flexible, high-reward side hustle in the property sector? We are seeking a dynamic and approachable Freelance Residential Lettings Agent to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate, build your professional network, and earn extra cash around your studies.

You will be the face of our company, guiding prospective tenants through residential properties and helping them find their next home.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (DAY-TO-DAY TASKS)

Property Viewings: Conduct in-person property viewings for prospective tenants, showcasing the features of residential properties.
Key Management: Collect and return property keys safely from our central office before and after viewings.
Client Engagement: Answer basic questions about the properties during viewings and provide a welcoming, professional experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an outgoing individual who loves dealing with people. While a background in property is great, your attitude and communication skills matter most!

Required Attributes:

Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
Saturdays are a MUST - you must be fully available to conduct viewings on weekends.
Client-Facing Skills: A friendly, approachable, and confident persona.
Negotiation & Client Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or dealing with client negotiations is valued.

Preferred (But Not Essential):

Fluent in Mandarin (Highly preferred to assist our diverse client base).
Availability during the week between 16:00 and 19:00.
An active interest or prior experience in the property sector.

HOURS & FLEXIBILITY

Saturdays: Mandatory weekly availability.
Weekdays: Flexible, but preference will be given to candidates who can cover peak viewing times between 16:00 - 19:00 on select weekdays.
Ideal for students looking to balance work with a lecture timetable.
