Overview of the Role

Are you currently studying towards your MPharm degree and looking to gain valuable, hands-on experience in a community pharmacy setting?

At Well Pharmacy, we are passionate about building the best prescription experience in the UK. It’s an ambitious goal but one we’re achieving with the help of our talented, supportive, and forward-thinking teams.

This role is ideal for an MPharm student who is eager to develop practical skills, apply academic knowledge in a real-world environment, and build a strong foundation for a future career as a pharmacist.

Main Responsibilities

Working alongside experienced Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants, you will:

Support the safe and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
Assist in the preparation and labelling of medications
Provide excellent customer service and advice under supervision
Handle over-the-counter sales and respond to customer queries
Maintain accurate records and stock levels
Help ensure the pharmacy operates in line with all regulatory and safety standards

You’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality service and ensuring every customer feels supported and cared for.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated MPharm student who:

Has a genuine interest in community pharmacy and patient care
Is friendly, approachable, and highly organised
Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
Is eager to learn and develop professionally
Can work effectively as part of a team

Previous pharmacy experience is welcome but not essential. Full training will be provided.
