Job Summary

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Dental Receptionist, where your energetic and positive attitude will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate patient appointments, and ensure a smooth flow of daily activities within the dental practice. Your organizational skills and friendly demeanor will help create a welcoming environment that encourages patient trust and satisfaction. Duties

Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a friendly first impression.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently using practice management software.
Answer incoming phone calls promptly, providing accurate information and directing inquiries appropriately.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including updating personal and insurance information.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely preparation of treatment rooms and materials.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects a professional environment.

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organizational abilities.
Previous administrative experience in a healthcare or dental setting is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and vendors.
Proficiency in using office software and practice management systems for scheduling and record keeping.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude that fosters patient comfort.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.

Pay: £25,420.00-£38,650.41 per year
