Job Title: Office Junior

Working Hours:

Weekday Shift: 4 days per week, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Weekend Shift: Every alternating weekend (Saturday & Sunday), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

Go2Group Solutions Limited is an established home emergency services provider looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and empathetic Office Junior to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our busy office environment—helping manage claims for our clients and organizing engineer attendances to resolve urgent home emergencies.

This position is fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly adapting to changing business needs. Previous experience is not required; we prioritize the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to absorb and apply new skills quickly.

This role is ideal for a school leaver or anyone with ambitions to learn, build a career, and grow within an established SME.

Key Responsibilities

Claims & Operations Support: Assist the office team with logging, updating, and managing customer claims.
Engineer Scheduling: Help coordinate and organize attendances for engineers responding to home emergency call-outs.
Customer & Client Contact: Handle incoming calls with empathy, professionalism, and high-standard phone etiquette.
Data & Communication: Record information accurately and maintain clear communication across team channels.

What We Are Looking For

Computer Literacy: Strong general computer skills (experience using Apple/Mac systems is a plus, but not essential).
Fast Typing & Accuracy: Excellent typing speed combined with high attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Exceptional telephone skills with an empathetic and polite manner.
Composure Under Pressure: Ability to stay calm, professional, and composed when handling high-stress situations or difficult customer calls.
Adaptability: A positive, resilient attitude in an environment where processes evolve frequently.
Overtime Flexibility: Availability or willingness to cover overtime between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, particularly during high-demand winter months.
