Reception duties - answering the phone and directing client enquiries
Diary Management and meeting room bookings

Handling incoming and outgoing post, including post log

Educated to A-level or its equivalent, the post would suit someone wanting to gain experience within the financial sector
Must have excellent customer care skills
Must have a good telephone manner and good communication skills
Must be numerate and articulate
Will need a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Good typing skills will also be an advantage.
Must be organized, able to work within a team, and to undertake a variety of tasks
Willing to work towards industry qualifications

Pay: £27,700.00-£32,000.00 per year
