Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

£13.50–£15.00 per hour (DOE)

Hourly or salaried contracts available.

YR Golf is a brand-new hospitality venue opening in the heart of Sidmouth.

We’re creating somewhere people genuinely enjoy spending time, with exceptional coffee, relaxed Mediterranean-inspired food, cocktails and world-class golf simulators. More importantly, we’re building a team that takes pride in creating memorable experiences every day.

What you’ll be doing

No two days are the same.

You’ll make exceptional coffee, serve food and drinks, host golf simulator experiences, chat with guests and help create the relaxed atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

At YR, everyone helps everyone. Whether it’s clearing tables, helping the kitchen, cleaning, or supporting another team member, we’re one team with one goal—creating a brilliant experience for every guest.

Golf knowledge is a bonus, but it’s definitely not essential. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
