Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to oversee and manage contracts Documentation within our organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all contractual processes.

Responsibilities

Manage contractual documentation using SharePoint, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
Type out contractual letters to clients and suppliers through dictation.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and fitting labour.
Maintain organised records of all contractual agreements, amendments, and correspondence for audit purposes.
Maintain document registers and document all changes

Experience

Experience within administration.
Strong familiarity with emails and Microsoft package is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
