Full job description

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Purchasing & Supply Co-ordinator to support the efficient management of stock purchasing, supplier communications, and order fulfilment, across a designated supplier base and product range.

The role is focused on managing purchase orders through to delivery, maintaining product availability, resolving supply issues, and supporting the Operations Team.

The Purchasing & Supply Co-ordinator helps maintain strong supplier and internal communication, while ensuring purchasing processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

The Team:

You will be reporting to our Production Manager, working with our Temporary Display Production Office Team. There are 4 others in the team, not including the Production Manager.

About You:

We would love to hear from you are proactive, willing to support the wider team, positive, flexible and adaptable - and, if you have the following:

Previous administrative and purchasing experience.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Good standard of written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
A willingness to learn and develop within a buying/manufacturing environment.
