Job Title: Housekeeper

With a commitment to excellence and a passion for hospitality, we strive to exceed expectations in every aspect of our operations. As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a housekeeper to join our team and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Position Overview: Our company is seeking a housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and organization in our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.

The on target earning for this role is £12.35 to £14.21 per hour - comprising a base of £10.85 to £12.71 per hour plus a qualified estimate of £1.50 per hour in gratuities and service charge. As a member of the team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

You will be required 7am – 3pm / 3 to 5 days from 7

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning activities.
Ensure all rooms and service areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.
Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, or disturbances.
Handle complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
Check stocking levels of consumables and replace when necessary.
Adhere strictly to health and safety rules and company practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work with little supervision while maintaining high performance levels.
Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Strong prioritization and time management abilities.
Work quickly without compromising quality.
