Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrator to join our team! Duties

Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing files
Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision and clarity
Support team members with organizational needs such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment
Ensure all administrative procedures are followed efficiently to streamline office operations

Qualifications

Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative functions
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and QuickBooks
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation
Previous clerical experience demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting of technical issues
