Your Responsibilities

Respond to all new inquiries within 10 minutes during working hours
Book x amount appointments per day
Book x amount qualified appointments per week
Conduct x amount qualifying conversations daily
Complete a minimum of x amount dials per day
Follow up and nurture outstanding leads
Reduce cancellations and maximise survey attendance rates
Update CRM and pipeline accurately
Attend daily sales huddles
Submit end-of-day reports
Liaise with surveyors and management throughout the day
Attend multiple office days per week.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills
Confident speaking on the phone
Highly organised
Self-motivated and accountable
Comfortable using CRM systems
Able to work independently
Driven by targets and performance

Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, customer service, solar, home improvements or lead handling is beneficial but attitude and work ethic matter more.
