Full job description

Job Summary

You must be level 2 trained with at least a years experience. We would like you to be enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking to join our committed and vibrant team of professionals within our skin clinic. You must have an engaging and welcoming personality along with exceptional customer service and communication skills. You must be confident and proficient at all times ensuring all treatments are performed professionally. You will be expected to carry out treatments to the highest professional standard and in line with guidelines with due care and attention and sensitivity to client’s needs. You will be required to keep yourself confident of all treatments after training is given. Maintaining and delivering superior customer service and aftercare. Cover the reception desk as required and fulfil salon paperwork and ensure the high hygiene standards of the company are maintained and delivered at all times as we clean on a daily and weekly basis. Understand and be mindful of data protection when dealing with client information. Experience within the same position is preferable.

We are looking for a Therapist with the following:

Excellent verbal skills
Demonstrate excellent time management and organisation skills
Excellent people skills
Ability to interact and understand clients’ needs and ability to provide unsurpassed customer service
Ability to promote salon services
Ability to retail skincare products offered at the salon
Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business
Must be Level 2 trained or above with at least a years experience
Maintain professional appearance, behaviour, integrity to client’s and fellow employees
Ability to work cohesively with other employees as part of a team
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of all clients
Evening and Saturday work included!

Commission available and advancement within the use of machines and training on advanced skincare.
