Job Overview

We are looking for a fun, outgoing, hardworking, and spirited individual to join the team at The Astbury in a dual Housekeeper & Hot Tub Assistant role.

As one of the first points of contact for our members and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and pride in your work are essential.

You will be joining an upbeat and highly successful team dedicated to ensuring all guests enjoy an exceptional experience across the resort.

Key Responsibilities Housekeeping Duties

Cleaning and maintaining for -

Manor House
Tipi (Events Space)
Lake House
Potting Shed
Ensuring all guest and public areas are clean, tidy, and presentation-ready at all times
Reporting maintenance or housekeeping issues promptly

Hot Tub Assistant Duties -

Daily management and maintenance of hot tubs across the site
Monitoring cleanliness, water quality, and presentation standards
Carrying out regular checks and reporting any faults or concerns
Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, positive, and approachable personality
Excellent attention to detail
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Reliable and flexible with working hours
Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not essential
Full training can be provided for hot tub maintenance duties

Competitive hourly pay from £12.71 per hour

Permanent full-time position 34 to 38 hours per week
