Aftersales Advisor

Location: Cleveland Street, Hull, East Yorkshire. HU8 8AE
Part-Time / Flexy
Hours: Hour's to be discussed.

Are you passionate about cars and looking to start a career in the motor industry?
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic experienced Aftersales Advisor to join our friendly team at 1st Car Hull. Part of the Right Car Group

About the Role:

As an Aftersales Advisor your day to day will consist of:

Supporting customers with service bookings and enquiries
Assist with parts ordering and quotations
Help manage workshop scheduling and job control
Ensure accurate documentation and attention to detail in all service records
Deliver excellent customer service at every stage of the process

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine interest in the motor trade
Proven experience in the motor industry
Great attention to detail
Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused attitude
Willingness to work as part of a small team
