Full job description

Salary: £15.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Hours: 6:00-15:00

Job Type: Temp to Permanent

We are pleased to announce that we have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and committed Warehouse Operatives to join our team!

Your duties will include a range:

Picking and packing and loading items for customer orders
Unloading inbound goods containers and other deliveries
Operating various manual handling equipment
Movement of stock within the warehouse
Accurate use of handheld scanners / WMS systems
General housekeeping, reycling and other adhoc duties
Shunting trailers and containers on and adhoc basis on and off the loading / unloading doors.

The successful candidate will have:

· Experience working in a fast-paced environment (warehouse experience desirable not essential)

· Ability to work as a team and on your own

· The willingness to learn and improve

· Be target driven

· Ambitious and motivated, with good verbal and written communication

· High standards and attention to detail

· Experience of driving or shunting 40ft trailers, on private land or on the roads is essential

· Full UK, clean driving licence. CAT B
