Location: Nunns of Grimsby, Altyre Way, Humberston, Grimsby
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
OTE: Realistic OTE of £55,000 per year, including commission and bonus opportunities

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executive to join the successful team at Nunns of Grimsby.

Representing Mazda, Mitsubishi, Isuzu and Subaru, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to sell across our new vehicle ranges as well as our extensive selection of quality used cars.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and dealership sales objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers
Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Managing enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover
Selling both new and used vehicles across our four established brands
Developing existing customer relationships and maximising repeat and referral business
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Engaging with both Retail and Business customers
Proactively following up enquiries, leads and customer opportunities
Managing your time effectively to achieve sales targets and deadlines
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activity using our IT systems
Ensuring vehicles and the wider dealership are presented to a consistently high standard
Keeping up to date with product knowledge, finance options and manufacturer offers
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the dealership to deliver a seamless customer experience

About You

Previous motor trade or vehicle sales experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential.

We are more interested in your attitude, enthusiasm and desire to succeed. Full training and support will be provided to the right candidate.

Previous digital marketing or social media experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
