Equans is looking for a Multi-trade Technician to join our team covering Brighton (Mobile). This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

Carry out allocated planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks safely and on schedule, including fire door, water hygiene (L8), and emergency lighting checks.
Perform general building repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and installation of furniture/equipment.
Maintain clean and tidy common areas, plant rooms, storerooms and undertake landscaping duties as required.
Monitor stock levels, manage ordering processes, attend reactive calls, and keep maintenance records up to date.

Who are you?

Experienced facility maintenance professional with proven FM environment experience.
Good understanding of the FM industry and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-profile settings.
Confident communicator across all levels, with strong team focus and leadership potential.
IOSH Managing Safely qualified with solid PC skills.
Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised to high standards, maintaining safety and professionalism.
