Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. You will provide safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care, support care staff on shift, and ensure residents’ health, dignity and wellbeing are always prioritised.

This role offers an opportunity to utilise your nursing expertise in a dynamic environment committed to excellence in healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on nursing care
Support and guide Senior Carers and Care Staff
Administer and manage medications
Complete care plans, risk assessments and audits
Communicate with families and health professionals

Requirements:

NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
Compassionate, professional and reliable
Care home experience desirable (not essential)
