The Role: Registered Nurse

Pay: £40,000 – £50,000 per year dependant on experience
Location: Barlborough
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Sunday, rota-based)
On-call: 1 week out of every 6

About the Role:

Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference? Josh’s Care Company is seeking a committed nurse to join our clinical team and support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

This role plays a vital part in maintaining clinical standards, supporting staff development, and improving outcomes for the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care and clinical oversight.
Support and deliver clinical training to staff, ensuring best practice and regulatory compliance.
Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, audits, and quality assurance processes.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external professionals.
Provide clinical advice and support as part of the on-call rota (1 week in 6).
Support services across a 7-day rota to ensure safe and effective care delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration.
Preceptorship for the right candidate available.
Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to person-centred care.
Experience within health or social care settings (learning disability experience desirable but not essential).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work across Monday–Sunday rotas and on-call requirements.
A proactive, supportive, and solution-focused approach.
