Field Sales Representative – Bristol
Salary: £27,000 basic + performance-based bonus
Location: Bristol (Hybrid – office, home, and field)

About Us We are a leading provider of specialist protective packaging solutions for dangerous goods, helping businesses stay compliant and safe. Our reputation for quality and innovation makes us a trusted partner across multiple industries.

The Role As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling technical solutions and products to businesses and clients. Your focus will be on developing sales through lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers to build a strong pipeline.
Your goal is to identify and engage potential buyers through methods such as:

DCI Contracts
Cold calling
Email campaigns
Exhibitions
Social media outreach

You’ll work to secure client visits or hand off qualified leads to senior sales representatives. The role also involves:

Understanding current client requirements
Providing technical support
Collaborating with engineering and operational teams
This is a hybrid position, reporting to the Group Sales Manager, and involves working closely with both internal and external sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Follow up on leads and enquiries.
Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions.
Liaise with internal and external teams on quotations and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualities

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel – valid UK driving licence required.
