Full job description

Kane Group are an established, and successful multi-disciplinary building-services solution contractor, with our Head Office based in Banbridge, Northern Ireland.

We're an innovative, forward-thinking company with continued steady growth serving residential, hospitality, education, commercial and healthcare sectors with offices in Northern Ireland, London, Birmingham, Glasgow and the Republic of Ireland.

We are seeking a Site Administrator based in Bristol to be part of our growing team.

| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |

Record site attendance, timesheets, and the onboarding process
Handle general administrative tasks
Manage document control using 4P, including uploading drawings, schedules, quality records, and test documentation.
Support the Quality Assurance Administrator by reviewing and updating documentation as needed.
Coordinate site deliveries
Raise purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain records of material orders and stock.
Communicate with suppliers by phone, making and receiving calls
Support the administration of health and safety documentation to ensure compliance.
Manage, enter and review NICEIC test certification
Attend meetings, review relevant information and share updates with the appropriate departments
Record meeting minutes

| QUALIFICATION |

5 GCSE passes (or equivalent) including Maths and English

| EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE |

Essential

Computer skills to include Microsoft Office

Desirable

Previous experience in a site office environment
Document control experience including use of specialist software such as 4P

| ABILITIES & SKILLS |
Essential

Organised and structured approach to work
Ability to work under pressure and deal with a varied portfolio of work, progressing with reduced supervision
Good interpersonal skills
