Full job description

Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and passionate floor supervisor to join our team in Borough Market!

Ideal role for an existing team leader or restaurant supervisor looking to take the next step. If you love nurturing a team and bringing the best vibes to a shift then please get in touch.

We are open 12pm-10pm, 7 days a week. The role is permanent, and we are looking to offer around 42 hours per week, worked across 3 or 4 days (though we can offer more or fewer hours, depending on the individual).

Be surrounded by produce from small-scale suppliers, organically/bio-dynamically farmed natural wines, and cooking over wood & charcoal. We pay competitively and provide access to CycleScheme as well as regular training, organised visits to suppliers and additional staff benefits.

Duties

Oversee a day in the restaurant from start to finish, from set-up to cash-up
Genuinely love hospitality and create memorable guest experiencesLead daily team briefings on our ever-changing seasonal menu
Host every guest and manage reservations with the floor team
Work closely alongside the restaurant managers to ensure services are consistent for guests and fun for the team

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisor/managerial role is necessary
Ability to use basic spreadsheets (Google Drive) and POS systems (Lightspeed, OpenTable)
Experience working with seasonal produce and natural wines is desired, but not essential

Pay: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
