Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Barista to join our team at Luma Coffee & Wellness, our beautiful boho-inspired café and wellness space in the heart of New Milton.

Luma is more than just a café — it’s a calming, welcoming space where customers come to relax, recharge and enjoy delicious coffee, nourishing food and a warm atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who has:

Previous barista experience
Experience with food preparation
A passion for excellent customer service
A positive, friendly attitude
The ability to work well in a busy team environment
Good attention to detail and cleanliness
Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends

Responsibilities

Preparing high-quality coffees and drinks
Food preparation and presentation
Serving customers with a warm and welcoming approach
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Opening and closing duties when required

About You

You will be someone who loves coffee, enjoys creating a positive customer experience, and takes pride in working efficiently while maintaining high standards.
