Our Leighton Buzzard practice is part of our network of fully private, digital practices, offering multi-specialist treatments under one roof in a comfortable, modern, and welcoming environment.

Who We Are

We are a group of dentists and specialists with almost two decades of experience in setting up and developing dental practices in the UK. Our most recent venture brings multi-special procedures together in one practice, offering all specialist treatments in-house, coordinated according to levels of treatment complexity.

We benchmark our care to Scandinavian standards, ensuring world-renowned dentistry delivered with precision and patient-centred focus.

The Practice

· Fully private, modern, and stylish practices with patient comfort at the heart of every design

· State-of-the-art digital workflow: CBCT, digital scanners, milling machines, and fully integrated Dentally cloud-based software

· Multidisciplinary team of specialists and general dentists

· Highest standards of clinical governance and expert support

· Opportunity to work across multiple practices if desired

The Opportunity

We are looking for a part-time, associate Orthodontist to join our Leighton Buzzard practice. You will:

· Provide high-quality care

· Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary specialist team

· Benefit from excellent clinical facilities and support for complex treatment planning

· Fantastic private earning potential

· Engage with fully digital workflows, offering patients a seamless, modern experience

Requirements

· Qualified and GDC registered and Masters degree

· Experience in private practice preferred

· Confidence in providing a full range of aligners and fixed

· Strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence

· Excellent communication and team-working skills

· Flexible approach to part-time working and potential multi-practice collaboration
