Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Location: Stratford, London, E15 1SQ
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £25,000 basic (depending on experience)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000 – £50,000

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team in Stratford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional with a passion for customer service and achieving results. The successful candidate will manage clients throughout the sales and lettings process while contributing to the continued success of the business.

The ideal candidate will be organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and collaborative approach to supporting the wider team when required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to sales and lettings enquiries, qualifying applicants and arranging property viewings.
Conduct property viewings and inspections, delivering a professional and informative experience for prospective clients.
Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve successful outcomes for all parties.
Proactively generate new business opportunities by sourcing new property instructions and developing client relationships.
Prepare, maintain, and update all sales and lettings documentation in line with company procedures and compliance requirements.
Accurately manage administrative processes using the company's CRM and internal business systems.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, industry legislation, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies through continuous professional development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team performance targets.
Provide support across the wider business as required, demonstrating flexibility and a positive team-oriented approach.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

Previous experience within Residential Sales, Lettings, or Estate Agency.
A sound understanding of the UK property market and current industry legislation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Competent IT and administrative skills.
A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle (essential).
Applicants should ideally be based in East London or the surrounding areas.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (rota basis)
A weekday off in lieu will be provided for each Saturday worked.
