Hair Stylist (26+ hrs/week, flexible) – Ombersley, Worcester

We are looking for an experienced Hair Stylist to join our friendly village salon. You must be confident in cutting and colouring, with strong client care skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Essential:

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber
Skilled in cutting and colouring
Strong customer service and consultation skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Able to work independently and within a small team

Desirable:

Balayage, colour techniques, hair ups, bridal/prom styling
Men’s and children’s cuts
Salon experience and upselling skills
Social media content creation

Role includes:

Cutting, colouring, and styling to client needs
Client consultations and aftercare advice
Booking, payments, and front-of-house support
Maintaining a clean, professional salon
Promoting services and creating social media content
