Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team in the Ebbw Vale this will be days on a 4 on 4 off rota 12 hour day shifts, this role is vital in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises while supporting our company's mission of excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities

Monitor premises through surveillance systems and patrol designated areas to ensure safety.
Implement loss prevention strategies to protect client assets.
Operate CCTV equipment effectively to oversee security operations.
Provide first aid assistance when necessary, demonstrating care and professionalism.
Report security incidents accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with team members to uphold security protocols.
Maintain detailed logs of activities and incidents.
Support the overall safety initiatives of the organization.
Qualifications
Proven experience in security or related fields.
Knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention techniques.
First aid certification is highly desirable.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional attitude with a commitment to safety.
Flexibility to adapt to different working environments.
