Hours: Matchdays, evenings, weekends and selected non-matchday events

West Ham United is recruiting Matchday Ticketing & Turnstile Assistants to support our Ticket Office and Stadium Operations teams at the iconic London Stadium.
As one of the first points of contact for supporters, you will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming and professional experience for fans attending matches and events. Whether assisting supporters with ticket enquiries, processing transactions, operating turnstiles or helping manage stadium entry, your contribution will be vital to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service, ticketing operations, event management and stadium operations within a Premier League football club.
️ Assist supporters with ticket purchases, collections and ticketing enquiries
️ Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times
️ Operate ticket scanning equipment and turnstile systems accurately
️ Act as a first point of contact for supporters entering the stadium
️ Support matchday and non-matchday Ticket Office operations
️ Ensure supporters are directed to the correct areas of the stadium
️ Work closely with Safety Stewards and Stadium Operations staff
️ Help maintain safe, secure and efficient entry procedures
️ Attend pre-match briefings and follow operational instructions
️ Report incidents, concerns or operational issues to supervisors
️ Complete sign-in, sign-out and availability requirements in accordance with club procedures
️ Undertake additional duties as reasonably requested by management
