Full job description

We are seeking an orgainsed, customer focused, friendly team player, to join our front office team. This important role is responsible for a wide range of administrative duties in support of the Business and is often the first point of contact with our customers and clients.

Our desired candidate must be able to work to tight deadlines and changing priorities and be able to offer first class customer service in a very busy team environment.

To be successful you will have organisational and communication skills. You must have a flexible and professional approach to the work and enjoy the variety of communicating with a wide range of people both internal and external to the Business. This includes providing cover for colleagues, as necessary. This is a busy role, and the post holder will need to be able to use their own initiative.

This is a part time, all year-round role working on Fridays (08:30am-16:30pm)
