About Us

Groundsman Tools is a family-run business with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service and quality products to customers across the UK. We pride ourselves on building long-term customer relationships and providing a dependable, friendly service.

We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day marketing activities and help grow our brand presence across multiple channels.

The Role

This is a standalone marketing position offering the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing business.

You will be responsible for planning, creating and delivering a range of marketing activities, helping to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update the company website, including product listings, content and promotions.
Create and schedule engaging social media content across company platforms.
Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, catalogues, promotional leaflets and digital content.
Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity.
Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness.
Assist with SEO improvements and content optimisation.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

About You

We're looking for someone who can work independently, manage multiple projects and bring fresh marketing ideas to the business.

Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a marketing role (min 2 years)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing business social media accounts.
Experience creating email marketing campaigns.
Good design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Indesign or similar software.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office.

Desirable

Experience with Mailchimp.
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Experience using Google Analytics.
Experience managing paid social media campaigns.
Experience within a B2B environment.

Competitive salary of £16 - £18 per hour (20 hours per week).
Flexible working pattern (to be agreed)
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata).
