Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our vibrant sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties

Actively seek out new B2B (business-to-business) sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events
Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that meet their requirements
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using IT systems
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services and uphold high standards of client satisfaction
Manage time effectively to prioritize sales activities and meet or exceed monthly targets

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals
Excellent negotiation skills combined with persuasive communication abilities
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships
Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and MS Office Suite
Exceptional organizational skills with effective time management capabilities
Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus
Good understanding of IT products or services is advantageous but not mandatory
