Job Description: Chef de Partie

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Our establishment prides itself on offering a seasonally changing, extensive menu that ranges from pub classics to a sophisticated five-course tasting menu. Our modern and spacious kitchen is the heart of our operations, where we emphasize the use of locally sourced produce and maintain long-standing relationships with our trusted suppliers.

Position Details:

Type: Full-time
Hours: Working a 4 day week of approx 40/45 hours per week, including split shifts and weekends (days worked may vary)
Compensation: Competitive rates of pay

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the designated section
Assist in the creation of new menu items, ensuring the use of seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow health and safety regulations
Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment
Passion for culinary arts and a strong work ethic
Ability to work well within a well-established and mature team
Own transport is essential
Interest in pastry is advantageous but not required
