We're now looking for a proactive and driven Telesales Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a business that values initiative, teamwork and building long term client relationships.

Whether you're an experienced sales professional or have transferable skills and the motivation to succeed, we'd love to hear from you. Previous experience in a target driven sales environment is beneficial, but not essential as we'll provide full training and ongoing support for the right person.

The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you'll play a key role in helping our business grow by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships and delivering tailored exhibition display solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Selling bespoke exhibition display solutions to new and existing clients via telephone and video calls. Some in person meetings will take place, but the majority will be over the phone/video call.
Proactively generating new business using a combination of warm and cold leads over the phone/email.
Taking a consultative approach to understand each client's objectives and recommend the most suitable solutions.
Building strong, lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
Working closely with our in house design team throughout the design process and producing 3D renders and animations to present to potential clients.
Ensure customer requirements and technical specifications are delivered accurately throughout the design process.
Identifying opportunities to introduce clients to other businesses within the Plus Group where appropriate.
Maintaining accurate customer records and managing your sales pipeline effectively.

About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and enjoys achieving results.

Ideally, you'll have:

Experience in B2B sales or the design, exhibitions or events industry (preferred but not essential).
Confidence communicating with people at all levels and the ability to build rapport quickly.
A proactive approach with the resilience to thrive in a target driven environment.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Good IT skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
The ability to make 100+ calls a day and remain motivated.

Earnings & Rewards

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

Year 1: £45,000
Year 2: £65,000
Year 3: £80,000+
