Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and skilled in delivering exceptional service. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, along with a strong understanding of food safety and time management. The successful applicant will be a someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging with customers.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver drinks promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
Manage cash transactions efficiently using the POS system
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and address any issues professionally
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar hospitality or bar setting is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, personable manner
Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by the establishment’s hours of operation

This is a part time role, shifts will be over the weekends. You must have previous experience with cocktails.

We are aiming to conduct video interviews for the first stage of the recruiting process.

Pay: £12.21-£12.71 per hour
