Annual salary: Competitive Salary

Here at Sealey, we're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Credit Controller to join our Finance team and play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices.You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

The Company

Responsibilities as our Credit Controller will include:

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure payments are received on time.
Chase overdue invoices by phone and email and resolve payment queries.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
Investigate and resolve disputes, invoicing issues and account queries.
Allocate payments and maintain accurate account records.
Review credit limits and escalate potential risks.
Carry out all collection activities professionally and in line with company procedures.
Sales ledger and general administration

What we’re looking for in our Credit Controller :

Credit Control experience is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Positive, professional and resilient approach.
Well organised and self-motivated.
The ability to work effectively under pressure.
Adaptable, with a willingness to embrace change.
IT literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
