Mickle Hill is located in the beautiful setting of Pickering, a lively and welcoming market town packed with a range of independent shops and cafés. The village is in a beautiful setting, with a thriving community which includes apartments and bungalows allowing our residents to live as independently as they desire in their own homes.

We have a new and exciting job opportunity for a Bistro Assistant to join the team at Mickle Hill

Job Description

We are now looking for a Bistro Assistant, working on a casual basis, to provide prompt, efficient and courteous service to all of our customers. You will be well presented, professional and dedicated. You will have experience of working in a similar role, and will be well versed in providing excellent customer service.

Your great personality enables you to quickly build relationships with both your customers, and team members.

You will be able to work closely with our chef serving our home cooked meals, assisting him with some basic food preparation when required. You will take pride in your work space by ensuring it is clean and well stocked. (Training will be given where required.)

A 'can do' approach and ability to use your initiative is key along with the essential 'service with a smile' ethos!

Due to the nature of the environment the successful candidate will be required to undertake a DBS check - paid for by us.
