Full job description

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and food production
- Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food and efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Monitor kitchen labour.
- Maintain accurate records of food costs, inventory, and kitchen expenses

- Manage the kitchen rota in accordance to resident breakfast bookings.

Skills:
- Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food production, sanitation, and safety standards
- Leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of kitchen staff
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment
- Ability to adapt to changing menus and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced restaurant setting
