Order Processing Executive

12 month FTC | Reading | Hybrid Working

Join the UK’s most trusted car leasing company (as rated on Trustpilot) as an Order Processing Executive and become part of a fast-paced, supportive, and growing Sales Operations team.

We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys delivering an excellent customer experience from order through to fulfilment.

What You’ll Do

Process and validate customer orders accurately and efficiently
Update CRM and internal systems with vehicle and order information
Liaise with Sales, Administration, and Finance teams to resolve order discrepancies
Request and manage finance agreements and supporting documentation
Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant before progressing orders
Support a smooth and positive customer journey throughout the order process
Maintain accurate records and ensure company and FCA compliance standards are met
Identify process improvements and escalate any concerns where necessary
Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
Support ongoing operational efficiency within the Sales Operations team

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an administration or order processing role
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
Confident using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
Positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach
Strong team player with a professional attitude
