Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiting Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic restaurant environment, providing memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times
Clear tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
Handle guest queries courteously, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred ; training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
Experience in serving, food preparation, or culinary roles is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with guests
Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
A proactive attitude towards guest services and upselling techniques
