Full job description

ROLE: SUPPORTER ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR
TYPE: PERMANENT
LOCATION: CELTIC PARK, GLASGOW

Celtic Football Club is currently seeking a Supporter Engagement Coordinator who will play a key role in enhancing the relationship between the Club and its supporters. Working closely with the Head of Supporter Engagement, the role holder will support the development, delivery, and implementation of the Club’s Supporter Engagement Strategy, ensuring a consistent, high-quality supporter experience across all aspects of supporter engagement.

Key Accountabilities

Support the Head of Supporter Engagement in developing, delivering, and implementing the Club’s Supporter Engagement Strategy.
Act as secretary for supporter engagement mechanisms, including meetings with individual supporters and supporters’ groups, the Supporter Engagement Group, Fans’ Forum, and Disabled Supporters Sub-Group.
Prepare agendas, record minutes, and manage follow-up actions, ensuring that all action points are tracked and delivered in a timely manner.
Oversee and coordinate supporter interactions across multiple channels, including front and back office operations, telephone, email, online platforms, social media, and written correspondence.
Provide reports and real-time updates to senior management on key and emerging supporter experience issues.
Work collaboratively with the Club News Manager to identify, develop, and deliver effective supporter engagement communications.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to assist with development, implementation, and management of the Club’s communications, correspondence, matchday reports, incidents, investigations and complaints policies and procedures, working to ensure consistent application across all departments.
Ensure all communications with colleagues is professional, appropriate and considerate of individual needs and circumstances
Actively build and maintain positive working relationships with Colleagues across the Club, ensuring a collaborative approach is adopted at all times
Treat all colleagues with dignity and respect by ensuring that your behaviour and approach during the course of all workplace activity is inclusive of all backgrounds and abilities and welcomes diverse contributions

Skills & Experience

Essential:

Proven experience in organising and supporting project teams or administrative bodies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

Desirable:

Educated to degree level
Passionate about football and fan culture
