Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and ensure exceptional service for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership abilities within a dynamic environment that values guest satisfaction and team collaboration.

Duties

Oversee daily operations of the guest services team, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
Lead, motivate, and support staff to maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism
Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and feedback with tact and professionalism, aiming to resolve issues promptly
Coordinate reservations, check-ins, and check-outs to optimise guest flow and satisfaction
Conduct staff training sessions on customer service excellence and company policies
Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the reception area to uphold brand standards
Assist in organising special events or programmes aimed at enhancing the guest experience
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across all touchpoints

Skills

Proven management experience within the hospitality or customer service sector
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and team members alike
Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail in maintaining high standards of service
Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
Knowledge of guest services best practices and hospitality industry trends
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
